How to order

Use the following forms and product guide to avail the respective services.
  • Oligonucleotide Synthesis
    Samples are processed on a first come, first serve basis. We are generally able to provide results within 1 to 2 weeks. Please inquire about expected turnaround times when submitting samples. Please use the following forms for the purpose.

  • Custom Sequencing
    Samples are processed on a first come, first serve basis. We are generally able to provide results within 5-7working days. Please inquire about expected turnaround times when submitting samples. Please use the following forms for the purpose.

  • Fragment Analysis
    If you want to submit genomic DNA or RNA, please ensure the extracted template is of sufficient quantity and of quality good enough for PCR or RT-PCR. If you plan to use whole blood or blood component for template extraction, please collect blood in BD lavender top vacutainers or ensure that blood is collected in EDTA. Do not use Heparin for blood collection. For nay other tissue, please ensure the samples are of sufficient quality and quantity for DNA or RNA extraction suitable for PCR. Please consult Technical Support for any further details with your specific query
